Extanza Pro switches to WinShop SQL

Even our long-standing and satisfied customers are looking for improvements and new processes that can help them grow their business. For such innovative and progressive customers, we offer new applications, modules or an intergenerational upgrade offer for the entire WinShop business system. Among the customers who have come with the vision of modernization and automation of business processes is Extanza Pro s.r.o., a company operating a network of brick-and-mortar stores and an online store KOLOBOK with food and delicacies from post-Soviet republics. During the past months we have successfully completed the transition from the older WinShop Std. system to the latest version of our information system WinShop SQL.

Extanza Pro is making the most of the innovative modules of the new solution, especially the fully automated order creation and inventory optimization tools. The additional modules implemented in the company include the Veterinary Inspection module, the Parcelbot module and the Intrastat module. There are also plans to implement self-service checkouts in larger stores, which will significantly speed up customer check-in at peak times.

Extanza Pro's management also uses the Attendance Module, which makes it possible to record the hours worked by individual employees, their holidays, sickness and other matters. This module also serves as a basis for payroll processing.
