The popularity of mobile customer applications is constantly increasing and its use is gradually moving from the B2C world to the B2B segment. The company specialises in the sale of flowers and floral accessories and prides itself on its wide range of quality products and excellent customer support. The new Moje STORGE mobile app for Android and IOS operating systems will be a great help for Storge customers.
The new version of Moje Storge brings several useful features that will improve the user experience and make it easier to manage purchases:

Claim option: Users can now claim items directly in the app. Just select the items, add the reason for the complaint, a description of the defect and attach photo documentation.

Download PDF invoices: Users can download a PDF invoice for all purchases made directly in the app.

Purchase Filtering: The new Purchases made report will allow users to filter and view only those purchases that interest them.

Personal Profile: The personal profile now includes information on the spend that needs to be made with Storge in order for the user to move up to a higher discount group.
We believe that the new functionalities in Moje Storge 2.0 will make the app much easier to use, bring many useful benefits, and thus contribute to increased customer satisfaction.
