TOPAZ Plzeň has been engaged in wholesale sales of flowers and accessories since 2006. It purchases flowers from the Dutch Flower Exchanges and also cooperates with growers from the Netherlands, Germany, Belgium, Italy, the Czech Republic, Poland, and other countries.

Goods are imported several times a week by its own temperature-controlled trucks to maintain the highest quality and freshness of flowers. The temperature is also controlled throughout the modern premises of TOPAZ Plzeň, which meets the highest demands for flower storage and distribution. This guarantees that flowers are maintained in ideal conditions throughout the chain from the grower to the customer. The WinShop SQL system was implemented for part of the company's operations, which ensures the distribution and sale of goods from the Dutch Flower Exchange directly to its customers. The solution includes automated communication with the exchange's B2B portal, order processing, delivery control, shipping, invoicing, and final distribution to customers. The solution is operated not only on PC stations at the company's headquarters, but also on portable data terminals and tablets of distributors.
