WinShop SQL implementation in DJ Plant

DJ Plant, a wholesaler of cut and potted flowers, decorative greenery and floristry supplies, is now using our WinShop SQL solution

Last month we successfully completed the implementation of WinShop SQL at our customer DJ Plant. Working with flowers creates a necessity to have an efficient and reliable tool for all business and warehouse operations. We believe that our WinShop SQL is just such a tool, especially thanks to its innovative functionality for recording and selling flowers, which will make DJ Plant's daily work easier.

How does WinShop SQL help DJ Plant in particular?

A major problem in the inventory of cut flower items is the way they are sold at flower exchanges. Each variant of cut flowers has its own identifier, which would always create a new tab in a standard import into the warehouse system. A sophisticated import module in WinShop SQL checks the other parameters of the imported cut flowers and, based on the set matching level, stacks them on so-called species collection cards. This simplifies their resale.

DJ Plant also offers flower delivery and sales via its mobile sales force. To enable them to sell more quickly and clearly, DJ Plant uses our WinShop POS Android solution, which we have implemented on tablets. This puts a modern portable POS system in the hands of mobile salespeople for faster customer service.
