AMASO supplies Czech meat from selected breeders in the highest quality. It deals with processing and wholesale of pork and beef. It mainly processes beef of the Czech spotted cattle breed and quality pork of the Preštice pig breed. It cuts beef and pork directly in its own plant. Beef is further processed by maturing and aging, and pork is used to produce its own sausages. AMASO belongs to the Ambiente group of companies and you can enjoy their products not only in Ambiente restaurants but also in NAŠE MASO butcher shops or you can order them on the e-shop www.eshop.nasemaso.cz.

The biggest advantages of WinShop solution
Meat processing, sausage production and sales in butcher shops require specific functionality in the management software, which must ensure compliance with applicable legislation and enable the customer to be accurately informed about the products purchased. POS and warehouse system WinShop SQL is WELMEC certified for the attached checkweighing and production scales and also provides a complete animal record that ensures traceability of the origin of meat and provides a complete listing of product information for use on labels or descriptions of products displayed and offered on butcher's counters. WinShop, in cooperation with AMASO management, continuously adds to the POS and warehouse system WinShop SQL a number of new functionalities that reflect the current requirements and trends in meat processing and sales of meat products in butcher shops.

Implementation story
In 2014, Ambiente's management announced a tender for a supplier of a business and production system that will be able to manage AMASO's own production and implement the planned development of exclusive NAŠE MASO butcher shops. The key requirement for the production software was the ability to implement the production and processing of beef, including the maturation process with traceability of the origin of the raw material, the possibility of automated cutting process and connection to the sales and warehouse system in NAŠE MASO stores. The cooperation with NOVUM, the supplier of DIGI weighing technologies, was also a necessary condition for the implementation. The management of the company chose our sales and cash register system WinShop SQL for sales and production management.
