EXE JEANS network of stores is operated by the Czech company Retail active s.r.o. The company has been on the market since 2015 and in their stores you can choose from many quality brands of men's and women's jeans. The assortment is complemented by a wide range of other stylish clothing - denim and leather jackets, T-shirts, shirts, sweaters and cardigans, sweatshirts and leather belts. In 20 brick-and-mortar stores and on the company's e-shop you can choose not only from the collections of Mustang, Cross, Mavi and Cup of Joe, but also from a number of other renowned manufacturers.

Implementation story
In 2019, the owners of the company started looking for a strong partner, a business system supplier, with whom they could stabilize the management and implement the planned development of their sales network. At the time, they operated 15 brick-and-mortar stores and needed to address optimized inventory distribution between the stores, ensure centralized management of the entire network, and prepare processes for launching their own online store. WinShop's analysts took a look at all the requirements for network development and management and proposed a solution that won the tender. The implementation of the WinShop SQL business, POS and warehouse system started in mid-2020 at the company's headquarters and individual stores. Upon successful completion, a data connector to the new online store was implemented, where optimised processes for the fulfilment of customer orders from the inventory of the entire sales chain were tested and deployed. In more than 3 years of cooperation, many further improvements and integrations of new functionalities have been made, which today help EXE JEANS staff to efficiently manage the entire sales network and dynamically develop ON LINE trading.
