The company Klenoty Aurum was founded in 1956, at that time it was a state enterprise. When KLENOTY AURUM S.R.O. was acquired by private investors in 1997, they revitalized the company, completely renovated it and took care of its completely new, modern image. Today, KLENOTY AURUM S.R.O. has the largest network of branded jewellery and watch stores in the Czech Republic. Its product range consists of a comprehensive range of gold, silver and diamond jewellery and exclusive branded watches and jewellery. In 1998, KLENOTY AURUM S.R.O. obtained a license to distribute major Swiss watch brands such as Movado, Concord, Sector and Corum. In the following years, KLENOTY AURUM S.R.O. launched the world-famous watch company Ebel and trendy pieces from Emporio Armani, DKNY and Charriol. KLENOTY AURUM S.R.O. offers quality service and at the same time focuses on individual approach to customers.

The completion of the implementation marked the start of the next phase of cooperation with KLENOTY AURUM S.R.O., in which our developers and analysts try to implement the requirements of KLENOTY AURUM S.R.O. employees and thus facilitate individual processes in the information system. One such requirement was, for example, the integration of customer rechargeable gift vouchers, which are used not only in pre-Christmas sales, or the solution of the Attendance system including its monthly evaluation.

Implementation story
In connection with the development of its brick-and-mortar stores in the Czech Republic and Slovakia and in connection with the need to replace the existing business system, the company's management decided to approach major suppliers of information systems in the Czech Republic with a demand for a comprehensive solution that will ensure not only the operation and development of retail stores and wholesale, but also the connection to the future e-shop, the operation of the customer system and the connection to corporate accounting. Our company was one of those approached, and based on the requirements of KLENOTY AURUM S.R.O., we prepared an offer of a solution based on a business system WinShop SQL. With this offer, and thanks to our proactive approach in proposing possible implementation procedures and data migration from the existing system, we won the tender and started pre-implementation consultations. The actual implementation started in January 2015 and was completed within 3 months.
