The story of the company

The company was founded in 1994 by Mr. Jiri Kozojed. Currently the company operates 24 stores, 20 of which can be found in Prague. Thus, it belongs to the strongest and largest meat sausage sales network in Prague. Prague outlets are located in 12 Prague metro stations and 8 brick-and-mortar stores. It is also possible to find outlets in North Bohemia - Most, Chomutov and Louny. At first the company focused on the sale of meat and sausages, later on the sale of frozen poultry was added. In 2006 the construction of its own production plant was started, which was completed a year later. Thus, the company currently operates its own production and retail sales under the MasoJiko brand and holds many awards and certificates.

Implementation story
In 2015, the company's management announced a tender for a supplier of a business and production system with which they could manage their own production and implement the planned development of the sales network. A key requirement was an ON LINE connection between the individual stores and the company's headquarters and its own production. The reason for the interconnection was to simplify and speed up the ordering of products for the shop directly in production, thus ensuring optimization of inventory and enabling production planning. Another requirement was the connection to the existing electronic weighing cash registers and the guarantee of future connection to modern computerised BEZERBA weighing cash registers. WinShop's analysts familiarised themselves with all the requirements of the production operation and the expected development and management of the network of their own stores and proposed a solution which won the tender. Over the course of several months, they carried out a comprehensive implementation of WinShop SQL system at the company's headquarters, in the stores and in production. The entire solution included the integration of NOVUM's DIGI weighing systems and portable data terminals for dispatching. Together with the company's management we are working on the implementation of eWinShop e-shop for ON LINE sales.
