DESIRRED is a Czech brand, which first appeared on the Czech market in 2017, when a new department store under this name was established in the centre of Prague. DESIRRED is a three-storey department store located on Wenceslas Square, where women, men and the little ones can equip their wardrobes from scratch under one roof. The emphasis here is not only on materials and workmanship, but also on inter-combinability so that the customer is able to put together a complete outfit. DESIRRED offers clothing, footwear and accessories from world-famous and lesser-known brands that stand out for their timelessness and, above all, their quality. For those who are far from Prague or like to shop from the comfort of their home, an online store has also been launched.

Thanks to our long-term cooperation, we were able to supply Mestra House company with the comprehensive information system that forms the basis of all business and warehouse transactions. Business, POS and warehouse system WinShop SQL covers all the needs of stock records, all forms of business transactions, realizes orders created on the company's e-shop and provides a customer discount system. It also enables the management of promotions and the provision of gift vouchers. Automated import of supplier invoices is a matter of course. WinShop SQL production data is used for automated creation of analytical reports, the systém also communicates with suppliers and provides data for company accounting.

Implementation story
Cooperation with Mestra House, s.r.o. dates back to 2004. At that time, the company operated 6 stores with luxury textiles and our WinShop Std. POS and warehouse system was chosen for their management. It was the long-standing good experience with our company and WinShop system that allowed us to implement WinShop SQL POS and warehouse system for the management of the newly opened DESIRRED department store in 2017. In addition to the comprehensive solution for the warehouse and business system, the delivery also included automated import tools for EDI communication with suppliers, a customer loyalty system, connection to the online store and last but not least a TAX FREE solution.
