The company PROMINENT CZ s.r.o. was founded by ZOD Brniště a.s. in 2007 and the main activity of the company is processing of turkey and chicken meat, production of poultry specialties and wholesale of meat products. PROMINENT CZ s.r.o. operates 17 own retail stores and one e-shop and has won a number of awards.

Implementation story
In 2011, the company's management began looking for a supplier of a business and production system that would enable it to manage its own production and implement the planned development of its own network of retail outlets. One of the requirements was to link the individual stores to the company's headquarters and to fulfill orders directly at the dispatch center. The ability to offer EDI communication with PROMINENT customers was also an important selection criterion. The provision of these requirements was to enable simplification and acceleration of product order fulfilment and production planning. Another requirement was the connection to existing METTLER TOLEDO electronic weighing checkouts. WinShop's analysts looked at all the requirements of the manufacturing and wholesale operations and the expected requirements for developing and managing the in-house network and proposed a solution. The implementation of WinShop SQL system was completed within a few months in the company's headquarters, stores and production. The whole solution included the integration of NOVUM's DIGI weighing systems and data exports to the company's accounting system. During 2022, eWinShop online shop was integrated into the entire solution.
