VYPLATÍ SE brand has been active on the food market for more than 12 years. The main activity of the company is retail and wholesale activity in the field of food products. The original intention was to target mainly wholesale customers, but over time this direction has changed and nowadays it is mainly targeting the end customer through its network of 12 stores. The offer of VYPLATÍ SE stores includes a complete range of products comparable to the offer chains of stores, but in most cases at better prices.

The biggest advantages of WinShop solution
The grocery segment requires expiry tracking. The goal of sales, both retail and especially wholesale, is to always ship the goods in the required quality and thus avoid expired goods. The goal of the joint efforts of VYPLATÍ SE and our analysts is to improve automated order and sales fulfillment processes to minimize losses due to expired inventory. We have been able to accomplish this joint goal through both process changes and a system of sophisticated alerts to warn of impending expiration.

Implementation story
In 2019, the company's management started looking for a supplier of a POS, warehouse and dispatch system that would provide its solution for the operation of the wholesale business and the planned development of the company's own network of retail outlets. One of the requirements was to connect individual stores to the company's headquarters and automate the fulfillment of store and customer orders directly on portable dispatch terminals. The ability to offer a managed warehouse solution with a combination of location and expiry records was also a significant selection criterion. The implementation of these requirements was intended to simplify and speed up the processing of orders from wholesale customers and stores and to enable the scheduling of deliveries from suppliers. WinShop's analysts looked at all the requirements for dispatch and wholesale operations and the expected requirements for developing and managing a network of comapny's own facilities and proposed a solution. The implementation of WinShop SQL system was completed within a few months in the company's headquarters, in the stores and in the dispatch warehouse. The solution included the integration of portable data terminals with controlled dispatch functions and data exports to the company's accounting system. During 2023, DANTEM's external inventory system was integrated into the entire solution.
