Harfa Sport is a specialist retailer of bicycles, downhill and cross-country skis. In addition to quality sports equipment, it also offers its customers a wide range of services such as bike and ski servicing, sports equipment rental, sale of second-hand winter equipment and also the possibility of Bikefitting - which is the correct adjustment of the bike for optimal comfort and also performance and at the same time Bootfitting for maximum customization/individualization of ski boots. Harfa Sport also offers the possibility of testing sports equipment for true enthusiasts and a range of other services.

The biggest advantages of WinShop solution
Thanks to our long-term cooperation, we were able to provide Harfa Sport with a comprehensive information system that forms the basis for all business and warehouse transactions. POS, warehouse and business system WinShop SQL covers all the needs of warehouse records, all forms of business transactions, realizes orders created on the company's e-shop, enables time-limited reservations of goods for customers and provides a customer discount system. It also enables management of promotions and registration of commission goods. Automated import of supplier invoices is a matter of course. WinShop SQL production data is used for automated creation of analytical reports and the system communicates with suppliers and provides data for corporate accounting.

Implementation story
The story of cooperation with Harfa Sport began at the end of 1999, when a POS and warehouse system WinShop Std. was installed at the shop in Prague and gradually at other shops of the company.
WinShop SQL
Based on the good experience with our company and our system, at the beginning of 2006 we were approached by the owners of Harfa Sport with a request to switch to a new business, POS and warehouse WinShop SQL system. At that time they needed to solve the ON-LINE connection of all branches and at the same time they needed to prepare a communication interface with the planned e-shop, on which it was necessary to present the availability of stock in real time. At the same time, the owners required the creation of a number of statistical and analytical functions as well as interfacing with their own wholesale business, which would have been difficult to implement in WinShop Std. At the end of 2006, the implementation was successfully completed and Harfa Sport started using the entire solution. Over the years we have intensified our cooperation, extended the entire solution to the wholesale part of the company, prepared solutions for cooperating franchisees, implemented a customer system and a gift voucher system. Currently, the company is using our system for the complete sales and warehouse operations of the entire department store at Harfa, including the Bazaar department and the connection with the e-shop Prague Best .
