The biggest advantages of the WinShop solution in JAMALL
The dynamically changing furniture market, which, like other commodities, is partly shifting to the e-shop and at the same time favours concepts with extensive furniture displays and a team of expert advisors, requires an innovative and cooperative approach to the requirements of the operator of such a concept. For these reasons, our cooperation with JAMALL did not end with the successful completion of the implementation, but continues. Together we are working to complement WinShop SQL solution to help implement JAMALL's new business strategies.

Implementation story
The story of cooperation with Jamall began in second half of 2016. At this time, the company's management was faced with the decision to replace current, outdated, custom-developed sales and warehouse system solution, which already had limited opportunities for further growth and support, with a new, modern solution. Our company analysts conducted a process audit, listened to all the requirements of management and operations staff. They translated this mix of needs and requirements into an implementation analysis that resulted in a minimum implementation time of 8 months. In agreement with management, who required the existing system to be replaced without support in significantly less time, the implementation was split into two phases. The first phase was to replace current solution with WinShop Std. system, which was to secure existing functionality, add direct customer sales at JAMALL's stores, provide a connection to the company's e-shop and ensure dispatch at the HQ.
WinShop SQL
In the next phase, after consolidating all processes and planning the development of the required functionalities for the implementation of furniture orders, the UPGRADE of WinShop Std. system was planned to the latest WinShop SQL system. The second phase was launched in 2021. Many functionalities have been added into WinShop SQL solution which, in cooperation with operations staff, have significantly eased the work and time involved in all phases of customer requirements. POS and warehouse WinShop SQL system today at JAMALL secures and manages the network of stores, warehouse optimization of inventory, products and semi-finished goods including all variants and production, registration and creation of orders from retail and wholesale customers, pricing including promotions, automated fulfilment of customer orders, automated supplier orders creation and of course all forms of trading. WinShop SQL POS and warehouse system is connected to the central e-shop JAMALL, is linked to the company accounting POHODA and provides all management reports.
