Nakladatelství Slovart, s.r.o. was founded in 1994 as a subsidiary of Vydavateľstva Slovart, s.r.o. The company Nakladatelství Slovart, s.r.o. publishes both Czech titles of licensed books by leading international publishers and books by domestic authors. In 2000, Slovart published the autobiography of photographer Jan Saudek, which has long occupied the first place in the bestseller lists. Nakladatelství Slovart, s.r.o. is one of the most sought-after publishing houses by domestic and foreign retailers, customers and authors.

Thanks to our long-term cooperation, we were able to supply the company Nakladatelství Slovart, s.r.o. with a modern information system that forms the basis of all business and warehouse transactions. WinShop SQL system covers all needs of warehouse records, including dispatches using portable data terminals, all forms of business transactions, realizes orders created on the company's e-shop, records and electronically processes sales and stocks of goods in customers' commission warehouses. Implementation story
We established our first contacts with Nakladatelství Slovart, s.r.o. in 2003. At that time, the company needed to solve the registration of commission goods with its customers and to modernize its wholesale sales. After the necessary analysis of the company's operational and management needs, we offered to implement WinShop Std. wholesale system.
WinShop Std.
WinShop Std. business and warehouse system has been implemented on computers in the local network. All business and warehouse processes and records of products provided to the commission were implemented in it. Portable dispatch terminals were deployed for the implementation of the stock and dispatch processes. Business and warehouse system WinShop Std. has been supplemented with many modules required by Nakladatelství Slovart, s.r.o. for the realization of its business needs, including, for example, automatic import of commission sales of customers and creation of follow-up invoicing.
WinShop SQL
Development of the company, the increasing number of transactions, the requirement for future integration of the internet shop and the need for electronic communication with other systems were the main impulse for negotiations on the possibility of implementing a new version of our system - WinShop SQL - in the company Nakladatelství Slovart, s.r.o. The new central and warehouse system had to be able to ensure long-term processing of the increasing number of production data, simplify work with commission warehouses at customers' stores, optimize and speed up the dispatch of goods and enable connection to third-party applications. Upgrade to version WinShop SQL was completed in the summer months of 2016. Number of individual adjustments are being added to the implemented applications in cooperation with Nakladatelství Slovart, s.r.o., enabling the company's employees to continuously modernize their business processes and making their work easier.
