The company ZÓNA OBUV is a network of shops with shoes, handbags, leather goods and fashion accessories for ladies and gentlemen. The company was founded in 2006 and since then has built more than 15 outlets in Prague and Central Bohemia. However, it offers its goods throughout the Czech Republic primarily through its own e-shop, where customers can choose from a wide range of international brands online from the comfort of their homes. The company's mission is to offer quality, modern and comfortable footwear, always putting the needs of customers first. In addition to the large selection, customers also appreciate the staff who are helpful and ready to advise.

The biggest advantages of WinShop solution
Thanks to our long-standing cooperation with ZÓNA OBUV and especially with the staff of the operation, we were able to implement a modern solution for retail sales of footwear, which has no competition in the Czech Republic. We have provided ZÓNA OBUV with a solution "tailored" to their needs in many ways. WinShop SQL POS and warehouse system currently covers all the needs of warehouse accounting, including modern optimization and distribution of stock, all forms of business transactions, realizes orders created on the company's e-shop, allows time-limited reservations of goods to customers and provides a discount customer system. WinShop SQL production data is used for the automated creation of analytical and statistical reports that facilitate the ordering of goods and communication with suppliers.

Implementation story
The cooperation with ZÓNA OBUV started basically at the moment of its establishment. The owner of the company knew our system and thanks to positive references from other users of WinShop Std. system in the footwear business, ZÓNA OBUV approached our company with the requirement of supplying a POS and warehouse system for its newly established stores. Over time, WinShop Std. POS and warehouse system was gradually implemented at all locations and was supplemented by communication with ZÓNA OBUV's own online store. With the growing importance of the online store and the vision of developing the entire network of stores, the management of ZÓNA OBUV formulated the requirement to switch to the new WinShop SQL system. The main reason was to ensure real-time connection with the company's online shop, especially in connection with the requirement to ensure accurate stock availability for its customers. Another reason was the expectation of growth across the network and the need to provide a state-of-the-art solution for real-time retail chain management. The transition to WinShop SQL POS and warehouse system took place in September 2023. Once the new system was in place, sophisticated warehouse optimization methods and automated order resolution using inventory from the entire store network were integrated, making work easier and faster.
